So today we have been challenged to create something helpful for our clients. I am going to help you prepare for your newborn session. It is quite easy to prepare for your newborn session, get in the car, pack some extra feeds and relax during your newborn session, however there is a HUGE thing that the breastfeeding mums can do to help your baby avoid gassy tummies, this can make them unsettled during their session (and at any time really). You will be surpassed how quickly this can affect them so i have made a list of foods to avoid and foods that are good, here you go….
